1-2-1 Coaching

I am passionate about supporting women to achieve their health and fitness potential, and ultimately change their lives. My goal is to support and empower you to smash your goals, and become the most confident version of yourself.

What's included?

With 1-2-1 coaching I'm here to give you structure and ongoing support and motivation. What you can expect from me is:

  • A bespoke workout program aligned to your goals, which can be either gym or home based (or a mix!)
  • A bespoke food plan built around your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, and any intolerances or allergies
  • Weekly check-ins to see your progress so far, and adaptations to your meal or workout plans as needed
  • Reach out to me any time with your questions, you don't have to wait for our weekly check-ins!
  • Further guidance and support around your daily habits to help to build a sustainable healthy lifestyle long term
  • Access to the App where you can track the progress of your workouts and food all in one place
  • Access to free useful resources developed by Growthbysoph

What's the cost?

£200 per month. There are no additional costs incurred during your time with me. This includes all bespoke nutrition and workouts, regular check ins, and any support or contact you need throughout your journey. 

Do I need a gym membership?

I build your workout plans based on what works best for you! That means if you want to work out from home I will plan for this, based around any equipment you have.

How often will my plans be updated?

I will update your plans as and when needed! So we will have our weekly check ins and see how you're getting on in yourself, and how your body is reacting to the workouts and nutrition. If there are tweaks which we can make to make things progress more effectively we will make them.

Do I need access to a gym?

You don't need access to the gym, I can programme your workouts from home based around the equipment you already have, or suggest some equipment you can get to workout from home.

What's the process to get set up?

Once you've put you're form in I'll get in touch with you via Whatsapp to arrange a time for a quick call. This call is for us to chat through your goals more, for you to ask any questions, for me to understand more about how I can support you, and for me to explain what happens next.

Following our call we will set up your payment, and I will get you all set up on the ap. Once you access the ap you will complete your onboarding form. I will create your workout plans and set your nutrition, then we get started!
