I’ve been on a fitness journey for over 3 years now, and I’ve not only transformed my body, but my mindset too. I’ve built muscle, lost 11kg in just 7 months, gained strength, and improved my overall health—but what I’m most proud of is the confidence I’ve gained along the way.

Like many of you, I started with uncertainty—unsure of what to do in the gym, how to use equipment, what to eat, or even how to train effectively. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the fitness world and feel disconnected from your own body. But I also know that with the right guidance, support, and mindset, it’s possible to overcome those struggles and unlock your true potential.

That’s exactly why I’m here—to help you do just that. My mission is to empower women like you to step into your own strength and realise that you are capable of so much more than you think. Whether it's building lasting, sustainable fitness habits, embracing healthier nutrition, or boosting your confidence, I want to guide you in a way that feels real, achievable, and lasting.
