I support women to build their confidence and achieve their fitness goals! I specialise in fat loss and muscle growth. I've been through that journey of feeling anxious when stepping into the gym, unconfident and self-conscious, trying to navigate the noise of fitness and nutrition. In my years of training I have built muscle, lost 11kg in weight, built healthy lifestyle habits and (most importantly) become more confident than I have ever been.
My goal is to support women to achieve their goals and become the most confident versions of themselves, without fad diets or false promises. I will empower you to achieve your goals, set achievable habits and make mindset shifts which set you up for life.
